About Duncan Hann

I’m a Senior Clinical Audiologist with over 25 years’ experience helping adults and children reduce the loudness, intrusiveness, and distress of tinnitus and sound sensitivity. I also have lived experience. I used to suffer from tinnitus from playing music professionally. It has led me to do this work. I know how impactful these conditions can feel, and how transformative the right guidance can be.

My approach is steady, grounded, and realistic: understand the mechanisms, reduce confusion, support the nervous system, and create clear steps forward.
